Fevvers is now an award winner! Stella McCartney took home the Best Luxury Moment at the PETA Vegan Fashion Awards 2025. The honour recognises the Paris Fashion Week debut of Fevvers. PETA celebrated Fevvers as proof that “cruelty-free fashion is better than ever.”

Press Day at Stella McCartney’s Old Bond Street store was a rare moment of connection. Seeing the Fevvers garments off the runway, the real thrill was watching journalists and influencers touch the material, pause, and break into a genuine smile. We also met influential sustainability advocates like the Staniland twins and fellow eco-founder Aldo Sollazzo, who reinforced the value of open, ego-free innovation.

Our first appearance off the catwalk was completely unexpected: Cate Blanchett stepped onto the red carpet at the BAMBI Awards wearing Fevvers in a Stella McCartney design. Without any hype, the actor, known for championing sustainability, debuted the world’s first ethical alternative to feathers.

Fevvers made its debut on one of fashion’s most iconic and ethical stages – unveiled as a proof of concept at Stella McCartney’s SS26 Collection at Paris Fashion Week.

It was a bold first step for a material still in development and a clear signal that the industry is ready for something better.
