Three looks made with FEVVERS® appeared on the Paris runway as part of Andreas Kronthaler’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection for Vivienne Westwood.
Entitled Body & Soul and staged at the Palais de la Femme during Paris Fashion Week, the collection saw FEVVERS used across three dramatically different looks, bringing movement, volume and texture to the runway.
The show marks FEVVERS’ second appearance at Paris Fashion Week, following its debut with Stella McCartney in September 2025.
It also marks the debut of a new way of working with Fevvers.
Developed through our work with Vivienne Westwood, the new attachment method builds on FEVVERS’ patent pending methodology for strengthening plant-based materials and enables FEVVERS to be brought together as a continuous trim.
For a house whose identity is built on challenging convention, working with a new material category continues that spirit of experimentation. For FEVVERS, it is an opportunity to develop the material through the creative demands of designers willing to explore its possibilities.
Vivienne Westwood is one of a number of brands working with us to discover new applications for FEVVERS, and the first to bring this next stage of innovation to the public runway.
Working with brands is helping us move FEVVERS from an experimental material into an increasingly versatile material system. Each project advances our material research and opens up new possibilities for how FEVVERS can be engineered, interpreted and applied.
Seeing that development interpreted across three very different Westwood looks is an important next step.
Two Paris runways. Two very different fashion houses. And another glimpse of what this new material category can become.
FEVVERS is a new plant based embellishment material, developed and manufactured in London.
